Your Association is growing fast and so is the number of people involved. To make sure that we keep track of our progress, we are organizing the first Swiss Finance + Technology Association Town Hall. In this 90 min evening workshop we invite all contributors, volunteers, the board and the team together to share progress on their initiatives.

Keeping up to date on all developments:

The Association is growing very fast (that is great!), there are more, and more people involved. In order to make these collaborations a success for all parties involved we need clear expectations, regular communication, recognition for volunteers contribution and a clear understanding of who we are and what we are doing among all the people involved. These events help in strengthening levels of commitment and increasing the quality of what the Association can deliver towards internal and external stakeholders.

Getting new people involved:

The Association has been contacted many times by people who want to get involved in the Ecosystem. The townhall also serves as an anchor point to invite newcomers. The evening offers a great chance to get to know the community and the different projects that are being worked on.

Following the townhall a document capturing the developments will be circulated.
