Due to security requirements during the Annual Meeting 2020, high-security hotel InterContinental requires those who do not hold an Annual Meeting badge to obtain a hotel badge. Holders of an Annual Meeting badge (including temporary badges, excluding driver badges) have automatic access to these high-security hotels.
Please note that hotel badges do not grant access to the Congress Centre, the Kongress Hotel or the Ice Village. Further, hotel badges do not grant access to the Forum shuttle service. Instead, it is highly recommended to use the local public transport, such as circulating buses as well as the regional train, which can both be used by all hotel badge holders at no extra cost.
The hotel badge will only grant access to the designated hotel during the day of the event to which guests have been invited, in this case the Hotel InterContinental.
If a hotel badge holder is invited to several events taking place in different high-security hotels on different days, the badge will be automatically updated and the person will have access to the designated hotels on the days of the respective events.
CV Labs AG will apply for the hotel badge, attendees must then collect it.
The one-time fee per hotel badge registration will be charged to cover production as well as administrative costs of a hotel badge; remaining revenues will be fully allocated to carbon offsetting projects.
Hotel badge registration and processing time:
We will register attendees to enter the InterContinental Hotel on the day of the event but the Hotel Badges must be collected individually. The event is held within the high security zone, designated by the world economic forum. Access to the event is granted to holders of the hotel badge. Should you not receive security clearance from the organization, we will refund the total amount of the ticket.
Hotel badge collection point:
A confirmation email will be sent to the hotel badge holder as soon as the badge is approved and ready for pick-up at Registration at Parsenn Parking (Bündaparkplatz, access via Mühlestrasse, 7260 Davos).

– Sunday 19 January to Tuesday 21 January from 06.00 to 01.00
– Wednesday 22 January to Thursday 23 January from 06.00 to 23.00
– Friday 24 January from 06.00 to 14.00
Please allow sufficient time in case of heavy traffic when picking up the badge.
The hotel badge is handed out only to the registered person on presentation of the same ID or passport used to register (except badge handover to public figure delegations).
Badges are for the registered individual and cannot be transferred.
The badge must be worn visibly around the neck when entering and while inside a security zone.
