Matthias Greiller

Matthias has been working for 25 years in the financial services industry, both as a management consultant and permanent employee for some of Switzerland’s largest international Private Banks including UBS and Credit Suisse. Over the last couple of years, he was acting as Head of Anti Financial Crime and MLRO for one of the biggest Swiss Crypto Asset Service Providers. He is now working as an independent Senior Advisor helping organizations to review and further develop their AML/ AFC programs and frameworks.
Matthias is a seasoned expert in AML/ AFC and holds various certificates from a.o. ACAMS, ACFCS, the Blockchain Intelligence Group and Elliptic. He is a member of the ACAMS faculty acting as an instructor and coach for AML and Crypto AML classes. Matthias frequently joins international events as a speaker and panellist and very much enjoys contributing to the proliferation of AML/ AFC know-how.

Michael Ivertowski

Michael is a seasoned industry leader and distinguished engineer with a strong managerial as well as hands-on background in technology and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of Europe West Assurance Technology & Infrastructure at EY, he brings over three decades of experience in driving digital innovation and strategic transitions within regulated markets. Throughout his career, Michael has led significant projects focusing on cloud and HPC architecture, operational optimization, and digital transformation, while maintaining an unwavering commitment to ethical practices. His leadership and strategic oversight have been pivotal in advancing technological initiatives that prioritize compliance and sustainable development. Michael is renowned for his ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage complex projects, ensuring they align with both organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Christoph Schwarz

Christoph Schwarz has served on the Executive Board of radicant Bank AG since 2021, overseeing technology. Prior to his tenure at radicant, he held the position of CTO at fintech companies including Marex Solutions and NetOTC. With his extensive international experience as a Managing Director in the technology divisions of major global banks and innovative fintechs, Christophpossesses profound expertise in establishing international IT organizations, developing cloud-based architectures, and designing and implementing modern technology platforms.
