Everything rises and falls on leadership. Everyone is a leader, but not everyone becomes a good leader. There’s more to leadership than being in charge and having a title. The bottom line in leadership isn’t how far we advance ourselves but how far we advance others.

To do anything meaningful, a leader must work with people and to work with people, he/she needs to know how to lead them. However, no individual can effectively lead another until they have been able to lead themselves first. Therefore, the greatest form of leadership is self-leadership.

This training is designed to teach participants how to develop themselves into good leaders. We will introduce participants to the concept of leadership as influence, teach the key attributes needed for leadership and help participants to embrace their role as leaders.

During the workshop, participants will play The Leadership Game; a unique and highly interactive game where leadership skills are learned in a fun environment. It is guaranteed to increase self-awareness and expose weaknesses.
