Anders is an entrepreneur, speaker and futurist. He is Adjunct Faculty and the Danish ambassador for Singularity University, Silicon Valley, USA. He is one of a very few Danes, who has participated in Graduate Studios Program at Singularity University where only a few visionary students from around the world get the opportunity to explore and develop new technologies and see how these new technologies can help us to solve major global challenges. Anders is co-founder and CEO at Dare Disrupt with a mission to empower minds and organizations to create projects for radical innovation, strategy and business development based on new technology.

Marie-Christine Fluet
Dr. Marie-Christine Fluet is Director R&D and Co-Founder of ReHaptix. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnical School of Montreal and a PhD in neurosciences from the University of Zurich. Marie-Christine was a postdoctoral researcher at the Rehabilitation Engineering Lab, ETH Zurich, where she worked on the development of rehabilitation technologies. She has 4 years startup experience.

Carola Wahl, Chief of Transformation and Market Management at AXA, is a multilingual, results-oriented senior executive in the insurance, telecommunication (mobile and fixed-net), online, media and retail sector with more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing digital growth strategies, driving operational excellence and transforming companies to achieve breakthrough sales and service results in leading international corporations. Carola is member of the Board of AXA Strategic Ventures, AXA’s global venture capital fund invests in startups that are shaping the future of insurance and asset management. She also serves on the Global Advisory Council of the EDGE foundation.

Nick Kasper
Head of Healthcare
Nick Kasper is an inspiring leader with profound experience in strategy, distribution, finance and insurance. He has for 15 years been an initializer of forward-looking concepts, business models and projects to strengthen the market position of AXA as the leading Swiss insurer. Since mid-2016 he has been in charge of launching AXA’s new and innovative healthcare offer in Switzerland which went live in July 2017.

Stephan Karpischek
Stephan is one of the co-founders of Etherisc, a blockchain startup building decentralized insurance applications. Before Etherisc, he co-founded disrupt consulting, a cooperative for digital strategy consulting, educated major banks and telecom enterprises on blockchain technology, and was also part of the of the UBS Crypto 2.0 Innovation Lab. Stephan has more than 20 years experience with IT businesses, and has been working on digital currencies since 2008. He holds a PhD in Information Management from ETH Zürich.

Lorenz Hänggi

Lorenz is Head of ICT Innovation Engineering at AXA. His main focus is creating new innovative and disruptive solutions, using the newest technologies as business enabler such as Blockchain, Bots, A.I., Virtual and Augmented reality. He holds a Master degree in Computer Science, ETH Zürich. Since more than 20 years he is working in the insurance industry for various companies as an IT professional and co-founded a Swiss insurance startup. He won several Global Innovation Awards at AXA, at EFMA insurance in 2017 and OttoCar Award at IAA in Frankfurt with VR 360 Video in 2017.

Martin Rast
Sr. Enterprise Account Executive
Martin is responsible for the Insurance Industry for Salesforce in Switzerland. Before joining Salesforce he held different management positions at companies like EDS, SAP and Qlik. He will be developing the insurance market with a focus on digital transformations. He’s been in the software industry for over 30 years, 10 of those within the Financial Services industry. He always sees the customer and the customer’s customer in the middle of everything. He uses his technical background to bring more efficiency and process-oriented thinking to his visionary meetings with Swiss Insurance companies. Martin has a Eidg. Dipl. in Marketing and Sales Management and lives in the Zurich area with his family.

Renaud Million

Renaud is the co-founder and CEO of SPIXII, a tech company dedicated to making insurance accessible and simple.After studying engineering at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Renaud moved to England and finished his education with an MSc in Operational Research & Management Sciences at Lancaster University. He proceeded to serve EY London for six years, consulting insurance companies and building risk models while training for the British actuarial profession. Passionate about transforming the insurance industry, the move to start SPIXII was a natural fit.

Peter Ohnemus
President & CEO
Peter is the founder of the dacadoo Health Score/dacadoo ag, Zurich/Switzerland. The patented dacadoo Health Score & Lifestyle Navigation Platform is being licensed to key Life & Health Insurance companies (Payers) and global healthcare operators (Providers). Peter has been involved in high-tech and bio-tech investments over the last 25 years and this had led to four IPO’s and multiple trade sells. Peter Ohnemus and his private investment firm Network Capital Holding are currently investing in high-tech and bio-tech start-ups.

Vikram Bhatnagar
Vikram Bhatnagar is an entrepreneur and has many years of experience in business development and leading of technology-based SMEs. Specializing in embedded platform solutions, offers in particular end-to-end IoT enterprise integration. It combines sensor devices and Salesforce to enhance intelligence in both consumer and enterprise applications in order to provide preventive maintenance using novel technologies such as LoRaWAN, BT5 and NB-IoT.

Nikolaus Sühr

Nick is the co-founder and CEO of KASKO. He did his Bachelor in Management Studies at Nottingham University and completed his Master at Cass Business School in Insurance and Risk Management. Following this, he spent 4 years working in various product and business development roles in the insurance industry before working in strategy consulting for financial institutions. In early 2015 he founded KASKO together with his co-founder Matt Wardle. His role as CEO includes defining the company vision and strategy, business development, fundraising, attracting talent and most importantly ensuring the unique KASKO culture.

Tom Sprenger

Tom is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the general management of AdNovum. He has extensive experience in the ICT sector, both gained in the US and in Europe. As CTO, he plays a decisive role in defining and governing AdNovum’s technology strategy. Tom has a strong focus on enterprise mobile and cloud technologies. He has been responsible for the security architecture and implementation of the largest Swiss online banking portal for many years and has masterminded industry-leading mobile payment solutions.

At Spearhead Cees leads the development of digitalization and telematics services driving process efficiencies and CSI within the automotive claims management. Cees has a track-record in creating innovative services for the Insurance industry. Before starting Spearhead he has held various positions as CIO and Head Product Development within EMEA and North America at a large international Claims Service Provider .Before entering the Insurance industry, Cees was Partner at a ACM and H&P. He holds an MBA of the University of Groningen; Post Doc on Sustainable Innovation at AOG School of Management.

Werner Rapberger
Principal Director
Werner is a Principal Director in Accenture’s Distribution and Marketing Practice for insurance. He is responsible for various clients and projects in insurance and also leads thew global offering development for connected insurance and IOT insurance. Mr. Rapberger joined Accenture in 2001 and has led several projects and initiatives in Accenture’s insurance industry practice. Before that he obtained degrees for business administration and law at the university of Vienna. Mr. Rapberger’s special area of expertise is IOT, connected insurance, new business models around platforms and ecosystems as well as digital initiatives around CRM, physical and digital channels and analytics.

He is in the advisory board of FinLeap, partner at Next Generation Invest, co-founder of Finance 2.0 and he is board member of Falcon Private Bank, Crypto Fund and Greater Zurich Area. Marc was awarded as «100 most successful people under 40 in Switzerland» by BILANZ in 2015.
