The Founders Tap is a regular and open event format for entrepreneurs to connect and collaborate with each other

Founders-Tap is a monthly event, presented by  Bluelion  &  Swisspreneur  where startup founders and entrepreneurs meet to have a drink, get inspired by and collaborate with likeminded entrepreneurs in an informal setting.

Our guest for this Founders Tap is  Ben-Elias Brandt , Co-Founder of Ledgy. Ledgy assists growing businesses with their international growth and manage equity. Together with Expert-Guest  Michael Baier  from Wenger & Vieli , they will share their knowledge on how an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) work and why they are crucial for startups. An ESOP is typically created to make succession planning in a privately owned firm easier, by giving employees the chance to purchase shares of the company’s equity.

In a panel with host  Ansuya , founder of Anamii from Swisspreneur, the two guests will be sitting together and sharing their insights and expertise towards the ESOP.
